1. Who you are buying from
Subscriptions are sold through Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller on record for your purchase, issues your receipt and tax invoice, and processes any refund back to your original payment method. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the transaction alongside this policy.
2. The 14-day refund
You can request a full refund of your first paid charge on a plan within 14 days of that charge — whether you chose monthly or annual billing. You do not need to give a reason.
This applies to the first payment that starts a paid subscription. It is a one-time refund window per account, not a recurring one.
3. Renewals
Renewal charges are not refundable. You can cancel at any time, and cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. To avoid being charged for a period you don't want, cancel before the renewal date shown in your account.
4. Annual plans part-way through a term
Outside the 14-day window, annual plans are not refunded on a pro-rata basis if you stop using the service mid-term. Access continues until the end of the paid term.
5. The free plan
The free plan carries no charge, so there is nothing to refund. If you are on a free plan and were charged unexpectedly, contact us — that is a billing error, and we will correct it regardless of the 14-day window.
6. Billing errors and duplicate charges
Duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, and charges for an amount other than the published price are always refunded in full, whenever you notice them. The 14-day window does not limit this.
7. How to request a refund
- Email support@panelorca.com from the address on the account, or use the "contact seller" link on your Paddle receipt
- Include the receipt or order reference from Paddle if you have it
- We aim to respond within 2 business days. Once approved, Paddle returns the money to your original payment method; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer
8. What happens to your account
When a refund is issued, the paid plan ends and the account returns to the free plan. Your projects and data are not deleted by the refund — see the Terms of Service for how data retention and account deletion work, and export anything you need to keep.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product and our billing setup evolve. The effective date is shown at the top. The policy that applies to a purchase is the one published at the time of that purchase.
