The landing site (panelorca.com)
The marketing site you are reading right now does not set any cookies, does not use local storage, and does not embed advertising or analytics scripts. It is a static site served by Cloudflare.
Cloudflare may set its own anti-abuse cookies (e.g. __cf_bm) at the edge to
protect against bots — these are essential for the site to load reliably. See Cloudflare's
cookie policy for details.
The cloud app (app.panelorca.com)
The cloud user portal stores a small number of items in your browser's local storage:
| Item | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
auth | Holds your access and refresh tokens so you stay signed in across reloads | Until you sign out, or you clear browser storage |
cloud_mode | Remembers whether the SketchUp extension is pointed at production or development | Persistent (you can toggle it on the sign-in screen) |
| UI preferences | Small UI state — e.g. sidebar collapsed, dark/light theme — to keep the app comfortable across reloads | Persistent until you clear storage |
None of these entries are used for advertising or sold to third parties. They are read only by the app's own JavaScript running in your browser.
The SketchUp extension
The PanelOrca SketchUp extension stores its own settings (cloud mode, recently used items) via SketchUp's preference system on your local disk. It does not write browser cookies. When you use Google OAuth or open a cloud dialog, an embedded browser session is created within SketchUp and the items above may apply.
Analytics
We do not currently run third-party web analytics on either site. If we later add an analytics service (e.g. Plausible, Umami, or PostHog), this page will be updated and any tracking that requires consent will ask for it.
Controlling local data
You can clear PanelOrca's browser-side data at any time using your browser's "Clear site
data" tool for app.panelorca.com. This will sign you out and remove UI
preferences, but it does not affect projects stored on our servers — those remain until
you delete them.
