Response times
We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. We're a remote team, so depending on where you are, expect a small timezone delay either way.
What we are not
- A 24/7 support desk — there's no live chat or phone line yet
- A managed service with a Service Level Agreement (SLA) — see our Terms
Those will arrive with the paid tiers and the agent program. In the meantime, we read every email and we will get back to you.
